July 19, 2019 – Chicago, Illinois – It was an exceptionally hot day; nonetheless, we celebrated the Grand Opening of our new distribution center and office space located at 3526 W 51 Street. We were joined by our most valued employees, customers, vendors and friends.
Our partners at Certified Angus Beef® provided a first-class spread of food for our guests to enjoy.
Other highlights included words from Kevin Hueser of Tyson Fresh Meats, Louis Manis of Peoria Packing, and Steve Schwartz of Harrison Poultry – the first vendors to sell beef, pork and chicken to Amigos Meat when the company began in 2001.
David Benavidez, who is one of boxing’s most exciting contenders and sponsored by Amigos, also made a guest appearance. He will be competing for the WBC super-middleweight title at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, September 28.
Finally, guests were entertained by La Septima Banda from Mexico to cap off the night.
